Return & Exchange Policy

At Silvostar, every jewellery piece is crafted with care and inspected thoroughly before dispatch.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer returns or refunds.
However, we do offer exchanges in specific valid cases.
Eligibility for Exchange
You are eligible for an exchange only if:

The product received is damaged or defective, OR
-
The product delivered is incorrect or different from what was ordered.
We do not accept exchanges for reasons such as dislike of design, size issues, minor variations in color/texture, or change of mind.
Exchange Conditions
To qualify for an exchange, the customer must ensure:

You contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

The item is unused, unworn, in its original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

You must provide a clear, uncut, continuous unboxing video showing the issue.
No exchange request will be accepted without proper video proof.
Exchange Approval
Silvostar reserves full rights to approve or reject exchange requests based on:

Condition of the return item

Type and clarity of the video evidence

Product eligibility under our policy
Once approved, a replacement product will be shipped within the standard processing timeline.
Exchange Process

Contact us with your order details and unboxing video.

Our team will verify the issue.

If approved, instructions for sending the product back (if needed) will be provided.

Once received and inspected, the exchange unit will be dispatched.
Reverse pickup availability depends on your pincode. In some areas, customers may be required to self-ship the product.
Non-Exchangeable Items
We do NOT accept exchanges for:

Products without video proof

Items reported after 24 hours of delivery

Items with signs of wear, use, or damage caused after delivery

Products without tags/packaging

Custom or personalized pieces

Items bought during sale/clearance
Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed under any circumstances.
